Adventist School Management (ASM) software has been commissioned by the NAD
Office of Education for small Adventist schools. It’s original design was to
provide an integrated package for both financial and school management (grades
and attendance) functions. As Union College worked on writing the packages, it
became clear that the financial package was well received, but the school
management piece was not well described for the programmers at UC. Because of
time and financial constraints, the NAD committee decided to abandon the school
management software for small schools and work with Jackson Software’s product
GradeQuick as the school management solution for schools.
Union College has been very aggressive in updating and perfecting the ASM
financial package. In the summer of 2003, the NAD working in conjunction with
UC, did a major upgrade to version 2. A new CD was sent to each school that had
previously purchased ASM. We implemented an on-line registration process and
listed all registered schools on the ASM website.
This site contains the downloadable upgrades, as long as you have installed
version 2 from the CD. All further updates will be available on this site for
download. You will be contacted at the email address on your registration when
a new version or fix is available.
